PRE ORDER
Because so many of us are passionate about kids fashion we offer pre order on our most popular labels. This means you can place an order to secure your goodies before they arrive in-store. We will validate all pre orders and return email confirmation within 24 hours.
Payment options are either:
- upfront.
- within three days of us notifying that your goodies are now in-store.
- lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit must be paid strictly within three days of placing order. Final payment is due strictly within 6 weeks of placing your order or 10 days of us notifying you that your goodies are in-store, which ever comes later. You are welcome to make payments after your order is placed.
Please note, that from time to time the labels are unable to supply our order as requested. Should you be impacted we will work with you to find a suitable alternative and of course offer a full refund if you have pre paid.
LAY-BY
If a Layby is extended due to goodwill or arrangement, you forfeit your right to return for full refund, due to the short nature of the seasons, you may accept a store credit instead.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 72hours of placing your order. The balance is due in six weeks for full priced items (RRP) or 4 weeks for sale items(unless specifically stated differently in the T's and C's of a special CODE sale, please check each sale).

RETURNS
and EXCHANGES
Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
We are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, in the rare occurrence you are not please contact us immediately via email [email protected] .
All returns must be received within 14 days of the invoice date. Any return or exchange that exceeds 14 days will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense. The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
Exchanges: If you change your mind or require a different size please contact me at [email protected] and provide a return addressed courier bag in with your return or $5 if the original order was shipped to you free post.
