RETURNING FULL PRICED ITEMS:
You may return for full refund or store credit
You will need to return the item within 14 days of dispatch (in new condition).
We recommend you use a traceable return service. We are not responsible if your return does not reach us.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS? 
Sale items may be returned for store credit
(minus $5 shipping costs, if your order was shipped at Kiddy Couture's expense and you return the entire order or the remaining items fall below our $75 threshold) or exchanged.
PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURN/ EXCHANGE ON CLEARANCE ITEMS (SALES ARE FINAL)
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason please check our stock online and contact us with the new item you want to swap it for.
You will need to return the item within 14 days of dispatch (in new condition) along with a self addressed courier bag or $5 for the additional shipping.
We recommend you use a traceable return service. We are not responsible if your return does not reach us.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS PAID FOR USING 'LAYBUY'?
Yes, you can, granted the meet the same terms as above.
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS , we will email you the return address after approval.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO OUR P.O.BOX : This box is not checked and only used for administrative purposes.
We are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order,and have been checked and packed by yours truly. In the rare occurrence you wish to return an item please contact us immediately via email info@kiddycouture.co.nz for approval.
