RETURNING FULL PRICED ITEMS:
You may return for full refund or store credit *
*If your order was a Layby however you may return for store credit or exchange only
RETURNING FULL PRICED ITEMS YOU HAVE HAD ON LAYBY:
Layby items may be returned for store credit or exchange only (due to the short selling seasons of retail we are unable to refund layby items)
~Shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds on entire orders may need to meet a delivery charge
~All returns must be received within 14 days of the shipping date. The items must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items may be returned for store credit (however shipping costs will apply to orders below $50) or be exchanged.
PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURN/ EXCHANGE ON CLEARANCE ITEMS (SALES ARE FINAL)
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason please check our stock online and contact us with the new item you want to swap it for.
You will need to return the item within 14 days (in new condition) along with a self addressed courier bag or $5 for the additional shipping.
We recommend you use a traceable return service. We are not responsible if your return does not reach us.
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS , we will email you the return address after approval.
We are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order,and have been checked and packed by yours truly. In the rare occurrence you wish to return an item please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.
